Traditional Pancake Recipe

This recipe walks you through the process of preparing our traditional pancake recipe.

In a bowl mix

1 - Cup Barlow's original pancake mix.

1- 1/2- Cup Whole Milk (depending on desired thickness)

1/4 - Cup melted butter

1- Egg

Combine all ingredients. Make sure ingredients are mixed well. The mix will appear slightly lumpy.

Heat a pan on medium heat. Pour a 1/4 cup mixture in pan. Flip once pancakes are slightly browned and begin to bubble.

Egg-Free
Pancake Recipe

Our natural egg-free recipe substitutes egg for applesauce.

In a bowl mix

1 - Cup Barlow's original pancake mix

2/3 - Cup milk

1/4 - Cup butter

1/4 - Cup applesauce

Heat a lightly oiled pan on medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture in the pan. Flip when pancakes begin to bubble and are slightly browned.

 

 

Vegan
Pancake Recipe

This recipe walks you through step by step of how to prepare our mix without dairy and without egg.

In a bowl mix

1 - Cup Barlow's original foods pancake mix.

1 - Cup almond milk

1/4 - Cup Vegetable oil

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1 - Tsp. brown sugar

Heat a lightly oiled pan on medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture in the pan. Flip when pancakes begin to bubble and are slightly browned.

Pumpkin - Spice
Pancake Recipe

Our pumpkin spice pancake recipe is perfect for the fall season.

In a bowl mix

1- 1/3 - Cup Barlow's original pancake mix.

1 - Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4 - Tsp. cinnamon

1/8 - Tsp. nutmeg

1/4 - Cup pumpkin puree

1/4 - Cup melted butter

1 - Cup milk

1 - Egg

Mix all dry ingredients until evenly blended. Add milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until slightly lumpy add pumpkin puree.

Heat a medium sized cooking pan, lightly oil. Pour 1/4 cup mix into the pan, flip when pancakes bubble and are lightly browned.

We like to top ours with whipped cream and nutmeg!

Sweet Potato
Pancake Recipe


`Perfect for holiday breakfast or anytime you're in the mood for sweet potatoes.

In a bowl mix

1- 1/3 - Cup Barlow's original pancake mix.

1 - Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4 - Tsp. cinnamon

1/8 - Tsp. nutmeg

1 - Tsp vanilla

1/4 - Cup sweet potato (mashed or pureed)

1/4 - Cup melted butter

1 - Cup milk

1 - Egg

Mix all dry ingredients until evenly blended. Add milk, egg and melted butter, vanilla (substitute non-dairy equivalent for vegan friendly recipe). Mix until slightly lumpy add sweet potato puree.

Heat a medium sized cooking pan, lightly oil. Pour 1/4 cup mix into the pan, flip when pancakes bubble and are lightly browned.
