Separate two large eggs. Placing the egg yolk and whites in separate bowls. Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup Barlow's pancake mix and a 1/4 cup melted butter to the egg yolks. Mix well but do not over mix. Using a hand held mixer beat the egg white until the egg whites form a stiff peak. Fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixer. Make sure to not over mix. Scoop batter onto an evenly heated and lightly oiled waffle iron. Cook until crisp and golden brown. Enjoy!

Make traditional home-style pancakes with our signature directions and Barlow's Original Pancake Mix. Recipe makes about 6-9 pancakes. Enjoy. What you'll need: Barlow's Original Pancake Mix, butter, egg and whole milk. Mix 1 cup Barlow’s Original Pancake Mix with 1 cup whole milk [add or reduce milk to desired thickness]. Stir in ¼ cup melted butter and one egg. Heat a lightly greased pan on medium heat. Pour ¼ cup mix into pan. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are slightly brown.

A spin on our traditional cooking instructions using all vegan ingredients.  To complete the recipe you will need, almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla and brown sugar. 1. Mix 1 cup Barlow's Original Pancake Mix with 1 cup almond milk (add or reduce almond milk to desired thickness). 2. Add in 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3. Stir in 1 tablespoon vanilla and a 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Mix until smooth. 4. Heat a lightly greased pan on medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the mix into pan. 5. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are slightly brown.
