Ingredients
Dumplings:
1 cup Barlow’s
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
Soup:
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley (optional)
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme appx (optional)
2lbs chicken roasted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion chopped
2 medium carrots chopped
2 cups celery chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
3 teaspoons Tiger Life Gourmet chicken soup seasoning
6 cups water
2 bay leaves
Instructions
Season chicken and place in the oven at 375F until golden brown. Lightly cook veggies and onions. Set aside. Add chicken soup seasoning to water and add to onions and veggies.
Mix 1 cup of Barlow's with butter and milk. Roll dough, cut into pieces and drop into soup until fully cooked. Remove Bay leaves.
Garnish with thyme + parsley and serve.
