
Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail. Easily scalable for a crowd.
1½ tablespoons Barlow’s Blueberry Syrup
4 oz chilled prosecco (or cava, sparkling wine, or champagne)
2 oz club soda or sparkling water
Fresh blueberries and lemon twist (for garnish)
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Step 1.
Add Barlow’s Blueberry Syrup to the bottom of a chilled wine or cocktail glass. Add a few ice cubes if desired.
Step 2.
Slowly pour in the prosecco, allowing the syrup to gently swirl through the sparkling wine.
Step 3.
Add a splash of club soda for balance and fizz. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a lemon twist or mint sprig.
Step 4.
Serve cold and enjoy the sweet sparkle of Southern hospitality in a glass!
