Ingredients
For the Ribs
2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4 pounds total)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Sweet Southern Glaze
½ cup Barlow's Peach Cobbler Syrup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1: Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
2: Slow Cook Until Tender
Bake for 2½ to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.
3: Make the Sweet Southern Glaze
While the ribs cook, combine Barlow's Peach Cobbler Syrup, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
4: Glaze and Finish
Remove the foil from the ribs and brush generously with the glaze.
Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and return the ribs to the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the glaze becomes sticky and caramelized.
5: Serve
Transfer the ribs to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve warm with your favorite Southern sides and an extra drizzle of Peach Cobbler Syrup for a sweet finishing touch.
