Peach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Barlow’s Peach Cobbler Syrup

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or white balsamic vinegar)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

¼ cup olive oil (extra virgin)

Pinch of salt and pepper

Optional: ½ teaspoon lemon juice or zest for added brightness

Cooking Instructions


Step 1.
In a small bowl or jar, add Barlow's Peach Cobbler Syrup, Apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Salt and pepper.

Step 2.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking, Alternatively, add all ingredients to a jar with a lid and shake for 30 seconds.

Step 3.
Taste the dressing. Add a little more syrup for sweetness or a splash of lemon juice for acidity.

Step 4.
Drizzle over your favorite salad, or store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake before each use.
