
Apple Cinnamon Loaf Cake Using Barlow’s 3-in-1 Mix

Ingredients
2 cups Barlow’s 3-in-1 Pancake, Biscuit & Waffle Mix
¾ cup granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cloves or allspice for extra warmth
2 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
½ cup whole milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ sliced apples
Cinnamon-Sugar Glaze (Optional but recommended):
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk or water

Instructions
1: Prep Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together Barlow's 3in1 Original Mix, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and optional spices.
3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl combine Eggs, Oil or melted butter, Milk, and Vanilla Extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined—don’t overmix!
4: Fold in Apples
Gently fold in sliced apples. The batter will be thick.
5: Add Topping (Optional)**
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the batter for a sweet crust.
6: Bake**
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for **50–60 minutes**, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
