Ingredients

2 cups Barlow’s 3-in-1 Pancake, Biscuit & Waffle Mix
¾ cup whole milk (or buttermilk)
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1: Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan.

2: Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook your breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess fat and let cool slightly.

3: Mix the Batter

Stir in: Barlow’s 3-in-1 mix, cheese, cooked sausage, pepper and optional seasonings.
Mix until just combined. The batter will be thick.

4: Fill the Muffin Tin

Spoon the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

5: Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the muffins are golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Enjoy, serve warm with a drizzle of Barlow's syrup!
