Maple Peach BBQ Glaze

Ingredients 


½ cup Barlow’s **Pure Maple Syrup**
½ cup Barlow’s **Peach Cobbler Syrup**
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Salt & black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine maple syrup, peach cobbler syrup, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and all spices.
2. Whisk together over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly.
4. Remove from heat and let cool. The glaze will continue to thicken as it sits.
