Maple-Glazed Grilled Salmon:
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them. Make sure the fillets are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the salmon from sticking. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Grilled Maple-Glazed Pork Chops:
4 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them. Make sure each chop is well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
Grease the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill.
Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.
Serve the maple-glazed pork chops with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a refreshing salad. Enjoy!
