Cooking Instructions
1: Brew the Tea
Bring 4 cups of water to a light boil in a pot.
Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 10–15 minutes depending on desired strength.
The longer it steeps, the stronger and richer the tea flavor.
2: Sweeten While Warm
Remove tea bags and stir in sugar while the tea is still warm.
Mix until fully dissolved for a smooth, balanced sweetness.
3: If adding additional flavor 👇🏽
Stir in Barlow’s syrup:
-
Peach Cobbler Syrup → classic Southern peach tea 🍑
-
Strawberry Bourbon Syrup → fruity strawberry sweet tea 🍓
-
Blueberry Lemon Syrup → refreshing citrus-berry iced tea 🫐🍋
You can also mix small amounts (ex: peach + strawberry) for a signature house blend.
4: Dilute & Chill
Pour tea mixture into a large pitcher.
Add 4–5 cups cold water and stir well.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully chilled.
5: Serve Over Ice
Fill glasses with ice and pour chilled sweet tea over.
